1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and profile photo (optional).
• Content you create — events you host, messages you send in event chats, RSVPs, and photos you attach to events.
• Contacts — if you grant permission, we hash your contact list to help you find friends already on Togethr. Raw contact data is not stored on our servers.
• Device & usage data — device type, iOS version, crash reports, and basic usage analytics (screens viewed, actions taken). Used to improve reliability and performance.
• Push notification tokens — Apple-issued tokens used solely to deliver notifications you have enabled.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service: authenticating you, delivering invitations and notifications, showing you relevant events, responding to support requests, and protecting the community against abuse.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run a public discovery feed — events are only visible to people you invite.
• We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.
• We do not share your contact list with third parties.

4. Who we share with

Service providers who help us operate Togethr (e.g. AWS for hosting, Apple for push notifications). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

5. Your rights

You can review, correct, export, or delete your account and data at any time from Settings inside the app, or by emailing privacy@togethr.one. Deletions are immediate and irreversible.

6. Children

Togethr is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@togethr.one.

7. Changes

We will post any material changes to this Policy here and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will also notify you in-app.
