Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Togethr. You are responsible for providing accurate information when you sign up and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the events, messages, and photos you post to Togethr ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely to provide the Service to you and the people you invite.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any person.
• Post content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Reports can be submitted in-app (⋯ menu → Report) or to abuse@togethr.one.

4. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice where appropriate. Certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOGETHR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and where significant, notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
